About the Warehouse Associate role
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, sorting, and distributing materials within warehouses. They ensure accurate inventory control, loading, and unloading of goods, and ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Role Purpose
The purpose of a Warehouse Associate is to support the operations of a warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, and managing inventory. Warehouse Associates must also ensure that all safety regulations are followed, and that the warehouse is kept clean and organized. They may also need to be able to lift heavy items and operate machinery.
