About the Driver role
A driver is a person who operates a motor vehicle, such as a car, truck, bus, or other vehicle, to transport passengers or goods. Drivers must be able to safely and efficiently operate their vehicles, follow traffic laws, and effectively communicate with other drivers on the road.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of a Driver is to safely transport passengers and/or goods from one location to another. Drivers must follow rules of the road and safety regulations while operating their vehicle, and they must be familiar with the routes they are taking in order to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Drivers must also be courteous and knowledgeable when interacting with customers, and should be able to handle any situation that may arise while on the job.
Driver Summary
The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers and/or goods from one location to another. The Driver is also responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is always in good working order, and for following all traffic laws and safety regulations. The Driver is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and interacting with passengers in a courteous and professional manner.
