The Boat Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining boats and other watercraft in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, conducting vessel maintenance and repairs, loading and unloading cargo, and providing customer service. The Operator must have knowledge of nautical regulations and the ability to read nautical charts. This individual must have a valid captain’s license, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
