This role also entails keeping tenants informed of their rights and responsibilities, providing an ongoing professional relationship with tenants, and resolving any tenant issues or disputes. The Residential Specialist should be knowledgeable of local, state and federal laws related to rental housing and should strive to create a safe and pleasant living environment for all tenants.
