Role Purpose

The purpose of an Addiction Therapist is to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for individuals suffering from substance use disorders and other addictions. They also provide education on relapse prevention and recovery management, as well as referrals to community resources.

Addiction Therapist Summary

The Addiction Therapist is responsible for providing counseling and therapy to individuals with addictions to drugs and/or alcohol.
