This includes making sure all necessary documents are completed, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents throughout the entire process. Transaction Coordinators also handle the coordination of the closing process, and ensure that all deadlines are met, paperwork is received and reviewed, and funds are disbursed correctly.
