Stockroom Associates also assist customers with returns and refunds, answer customer inquiries, and ensure the security of all merchandise.

Stockroom Associate Summary

The Stockroom Associate is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the stockroom. This includes receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and shipping outgoing orders. The Stockroom Associate must also maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and rotate stock to ensure freshness. In addition, this position requires the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary, as is the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
