Role Purpose

The purpose of a Filler Operator is to safely and accurately operate a filler machine to ensure the efficient filling of bottles, cans, pouches, or other containers with liquid, paste, or powdered products. The Filler Operator must also ensure accurate labeling and packaging of the products, as well as correctly record all production data. They must also be able to quickly detect and resolve any machine malfunctions or product defects.
