The Backer is responsible for providing support to team members in order to help them meet their goals. This includes providing timely feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and offering advice and guidance. Additionally, the Backer is responsible for monitoring team progress, providing motivation and encouragement, and helping to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Backer should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of team dynamics.
