Real Estate Attorney Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to clients involved in real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, lease, or financing of residential or commercial properties. The Real Estate Attorney will draft and review all relevant legal documents, research and analyze real estate law, advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, and represent clients in court as needed. This position requires excellent communication, legal research, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be a licensed attorney with at least five years of experience in the real estate field. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school and knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to real estate are also required.
