Technical Trainer Summary
The Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on instruction and training in a variety of technical areas. The Trainer will develop and execute training courses, workshops, and seminars for individuals and groups. He/She will assess training needs, develop learning materials, evaluate and measure training effectiveness, and provide feedback to management. The Trainer is also responsible for ensuring the quality of educational materials and providing ongoing technical support for participants.
