The purpose of a Table Games Dealer is to facilitate the playing of casino table games such as Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and other card games. The Dealer must be knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of the game, as well as customer service etiquette. The Dealer is responsible for maintaining the game and ensuring that all players are following the rules and regulations, as well as providing a friendly and enjoyable environment for players. Additionally, the Dealer is responsible for collecting and paying out winnings, and performing all other duties as assigned by the Casino Manager.

The Dealer must be able to think quickly and make accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of math and probability is essential. Excellent customer service skills are also important. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Table Games Dealer Duties
