Bell Attendant Job Summary The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of the hotel, ensuring their luggage is delivered to and from their room in a timely fashion, and generally creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests. The Bell Attendant is also responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly lobby and assisting with other duties as needed. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The Bell Attendant must be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
