The Youth Counselor is responsible for providing intervention and support services to youth. This position assists young people in exploring their options and making positive decisions while helping them develop the skills needed to succeed. The Youth Counselor will provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and conflict resolution, as well as develop and implement educational and recreational activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with at-risk youth, and an understanding of social and emotional issues.
