The purpose of a Telemetry Technician is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair devices and systems that collect, transmit, and analyze data in order to measure and monitor various processes. This includes installing, configuring, and testing telemetry systems, as well as wiring, programming, and calibrating equipment. Telemetry Technicians must also be able to interpret data and adjust systems as needed to ensure accuracy.
