Independent Living Specialist Summary
The Independent Living Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to individuals with disabilities in order to promote independent living. This includes providing assistance with daily living activities, such as preparing meals, cleaning, and transportation. The Specialist will provide individualized care that is tailored to the needs of each person. The Specialist will also provide guidance and resources regarding housing, employment, education, and healthcare. The Specialist must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Independent Living Specialist Duties
