Emergency Department Technician Duties
- Greet patients and obtain relevant patient information such as medical history, symptoms, and vital signs
- Perform basic laboratory tests and screenings such as ECG, EKG, and urinalysis
- Assist physicians and nurses in the emergency department by taking vital signs, preparing patient examination rooms, and preparing patients for examinations and treatments
