Chemical Hygiene Officer Summary
The Chemical Hygiene Officer is responsible for ensuring that all personnel are following the safety protocols and guidelines of the organization related to the use of hazardous chemicals. The Officer will review safety procedures and policies, evaluate safety training programs, and provide guidance and support to personnel in the proper use of hazardous chemicals. The Officer will also monitor hazardous chemical inventories, inspect work areas for compliance, and ensure that all personnel are using appropriate personal protective equipment.
