Corporate Controller Duties

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
  • Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes
  • Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & entity accounting, cost accounting, and operations
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
  • Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards

Corporate Controller Skills
