The purpose of a Janitorial Supervisor is to oversee the janitorial staff and ensure that all janitorial services, such as cleaning, maintenance, and waste disposal, are provided in a safe and efficient manner. This includes scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to. The Janitorial Supervisor is also responsible for training new staff and providing feedback to existing staff, as well as ensuring that the facility meets all local, state and federal regulations.
