The Building Services Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial or residential building. This includes HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical circuits. The Building Services Technician must have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. They must be knowledgeable about safety regulations, as well as local and state building codes. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Building Services Technician Duties
