Banquet Houseperson The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the banquet areas. This position requires a great deal of physical activity and the ability to lift and move heavy items. Duties and Responsibilities: • Set up and break down banquet equipment, such as tables, chairs, and staging • Clean and sanitize banquet equipment, such as dishes, glasses, and silverware • Ensure the banquet area is clean and organized before, during, and after events • Maintain the cleanliness of the banquet area, including floors, walls, and ceilings • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff • Perform other related duties as assigned
