Role Purpose
The purpose of a Chain Puller is to install and repair overhead and underground power lines using a variety of tools and equipment. This job role involves connecting power poles and other structures to transmission lines, as well as installing, testing, and maintaining power poles, cables, and other components. Chain Pullers must also inspect equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. They must adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with high-voltage lines.
