About the Antenna Engineer role

The purpose of an Antenna Engineer is to design, develop, analyze, and test antennas and antenna systems for communication, navigation, and radar applications. This includes designing and evaluating antenna performance and radiation patterns, analyzing antenna requirements and system performance, conducting antenna measurements, developing antenna prototypes, and optimizing antenna design. The Antenna Engineer must also be able to identify and troubleshoot antenna system problems and recommend solutions. They must also be able to communicate effectively with other engineers, technical personnel, and customers.
