The purpose of a Blade Operator is to safely and efficiently operate a blade machine to produce parts according to customer specifications. The operator is responsible for setting up the machine, running production cycles, and performing quality checks. The operator must be proficient in reading blueprints, using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices, and understanding the principles of lean manufacturing. The operator must adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Blade Operator Summary
The Blade Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining blade equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Blade Operator must ensure that all safety regulations are followed while operating the blade machines.
